We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be cancelled during this period, considering handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email to find best solution.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by DHL E-commerce or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product to all countries except United States. Tracking link and tracking number will be provided shortly after being updated by shipping company. Packages shipped to our US customers from our US warehouse are shipped through UPS or USPS. Please note, not all sets are available from our US warehouse at the moment! If product is not available in the US warehouse, it will be sent from China Warehouse and delivery will be the same as Rest of World orders. We hope this will change very soon! :)
Do you ship worldwide?
The answer is unfortunately not! There are few exceptions including: India, China, North Korea & some islands. To seek detailed information about shipping to your destination email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any customs to be covered?
Any international duties, tariffs and taxes occurred in shipping are now included & reflected in our prices with no additional charges to be paid.
How long does shipping take?
United States - We aim to deliver US orders within 3-8 business days, however this can occasionally extend to 5-15 business days in busy periods.
Rest of World - We aim to deliver orders to rest of World within 15-25 business days, however this can occasionally extend to 20-30 business days in busy periods.
We can currently offer free shipping for orders over $39.99 to the following Countries: Russia, United States, Canada, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Israel, Brazil, Chile, Australia, Ukraine, Belarus, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Puerto Rico, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Slovakia, Switzerland, Latvia, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Cyprus, Moldova, Greece
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any other countries at the moment, however working hard to increase number of countries we can ship to and hope to ship worldwide very soon. :)
We recommend not to use P.O Box addresses as our special line logistics don't accept these addresses. If an order is made with a P.O box address, delivery will be attempted but in the event that the delivery is failed and items are sent back to us or lost, we will not compensate or perform any order replacements.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Generally yes, however We use multiple warehouses therefore sometimes Your order may be sent from two different warehouses based on stock availability which is very rare.
